Creationists are popping up in a few school board elections, such as John Tracy in Pasco, Terry Kemple in Hillsborough, and Terry Pittman in Polk. We can now add Ron Young in Palm Beach. A column in the Palm Beach Post about candidate interviews notes Young’s stance:
Ron Young, a barber, believes that the world was created 7,000 years ago. But he advised his kids to give teachers the answers they expect on science tests.
