The Department of Energy hosted its 17th annual National Science Bowl, featuring 64 high schools and about 300 students from across the nation. The only Florida team that made it to the Nationals kicked some butt and snagged fourth place.
The fourth place team was Miami Palmetto Senior High School from Miami, Florida, including Steven Bronson, Yunxin (Joy) Jiao, Jason LaRue, Alexander Li, Phillippe Siclait and coach Dr. Susie Kamons.
