no questions for smith.

fair says there are two options before board. martinez, does option of theory violate sunshine laws? too short time period to review. callaway tries to get things offoicially moving forward. hints there is more to come. shannahan tries to tame martinez. those two now argue back and forth.

shannahan had questioned about theory back in december. fair is hard to hear. he’s trying to clarify martinezs point. framers didn’t have time to repond to option.

are we violating sunshine law? counsel says no.

taylor moves to adopt standards with theory. seconded.

martinez dicusses. is saying no to theory.

    Martinez is putting them all on notice. This is good. He won’t win, but it’s been plainly stated.

    Martinez is calling it like it is.

    It’s not about critical thinking, about academic freedom, or about science.

    It’s about watering the standards down for creationists.
